Problem:

EzParts Electronic Parts Catalog Software was installed on the network. When customer tries to access EzParts from client machine, the following error message appears:



Cause:

The issue is caused due to a change in the user profile storage format between application versions.


Solution:

1. Start EzParts electronic parts catalog.

2. On the Login window click Options.

3. Check the Reset saved session checkbox.

4. Click Ok to log in to the EzParts electronic parts catalog software application.
