EzParts Electronic Parts Catalog Software.
Customer does not see models and schematics in EzParts electronic parts catalog software 5.0. When he selects the necessary model/schematic from the Navigation Tree, he can see only blank space in Resource Display Area.
To solve this issue perform the following steps:
- Log off EzParts electronic parts catalog software.
- Insert the first Manufacturer EzParts electronic parts catalog software DVD into the DVD-drive.
- Open the DVD with EzParts electronic parts catalog software distribution files using Windows explorer.
- Navigate to the soft folder and run vcredist_x86.exe.
- In the window appearing after the file extraction select Repair radio button.
- Click Finish on the Setup Complete window.
If this solution doesn't help try to copy resourses manually from the DVDs:
- Open Resources folder from first DVD (there you will see Images and Shell folders).
- Highlight both Images and Shell folders (Edit –> Select All in Explorer main menu or press Ctrl+A combination on your keyboard).
- Copy them (Edit –> Copy in Explorer main menu or press Ctrl+C combination on your keyboard).
- Go to My computer –> Local Disk C –> EzParts5.0_DATA –> MFGNAME (or to the other location you specified during the installation of EzParts 5.0) and paste there copied folders (Edit –> Paste or press Ctrl+V on your keyboard).
- After this repeat the same actions with the second DVD.
